Yes we are proud to offer this service and not just a shade sail giving partial protection we have a warehouse directly opposite the airport for this sole purpose.

If you have a vehicle that doesn’t deserve to be out in the weather please inquire with us today.

Do we have Height Restrictions?

We DO NOT have any height restrictions on our Secure Open Air Parking!

For customers that are requesting Undercover Warehouse Parking our height restriction is 2400cm  or 2.4 meters.

The is the maximum clearance that we have to access the warehouse roller doors under the forecourt shade sails.

Any vehicles that exceed this height of 2.4m will not be possible to park Undercover safely without risking damage.

Please let staff know if you have added anything extra to the top of your vehicle that might protrude higher than this limit.

Vehicles with large items on the roof are welcome to park in in Secure open air parking any time.

Short Term Secure Airport Parking Rates!

Hamer Airport Parking accommodates for any duration of storage whether that is an hour, a day, a week, a month or a year.

We calculate each new day at midnight so its the same low fee if its 1 hour or 23 hours.

Motorbike Parking Service?

Hamer Parking welcomes 2 wheels at our storage facility.

Motorbikes are only ever parked in our warehouse which is fully enclosed and out of the weather.

Any riding gear or extra bags can be stored in our lockers at no extra cost.

We can even hang and dry out wet weather gear if you arrive damp.

8 days =$88

15 days = $144

Extra or less days only $8 per day

Child seats in the Valet Bus?

Child seats are not provided but can be fitted if you supply them.

Our vehicles have the same exemptions as Taxis & Buses. Children over the age of 12 months don’t require a child seat.

Our drivers will be required to:

  • Ensure that available child restraints are utilised (therefore, if there are no child restraints available, the driver is exempt from this requirement).
  • Ensure that a child under 7 years of age is not in the front row of a vehicle that has 2 or more rows of seats (however, it is permissible for a child aged between 4 to 7 to sit in the front only when all rear rows are occupied by passengers under 7).

Drivers will continue to be responsible for ensuring passengers between the ages of 7 and 16 years are appropriately restrained. Drivers were previously responsible for ensuring that passengers between the ages of 1 and 16 years were appropriately restrained.

Where are you located? Directions

We are located at 20-22 Redcliffe Road opposite the airport grounds of Terminals 3&4.  We are only a stone’s throw from the tarmac, with great access to the Regional, Domestic & International terminals via Fauntleroy Ave.

Directions:

From the city heading towards Midland: Stay on Great Eastern Hwy and turn right into Ben street. Follow the road around the bend and you will see us on the left hand side. Alternatively, keep going on Great Eastern Highway and turn left at the traffic lights of Fauntleroy Ave then turn right into Redcliffe road.

From Midland heading towards the City: Turn left onto Fauntleroy Avenue (Look for the new Shell service Station) then take your first right into Redcliffe Road. We are located half way down on the right hand side.

How & When do I Pay?

You can pay on drop off if you know your return date or on pick up; whichever suits you best. We take cash, mastercard, visa credit card, pay pass, and eftpos.

How much time should I allow to park and get to the terminal?

Being located such a short distance from the main terminals T3 & T4 we ask customers to allow 5 minutes. We leave immediately on demand whenever required.

Allow approx 8-12 minutes for Transfers to T1 & T2 with a $10 surcharge each way.

The free terminal transfer bus is also available and operates every 20 minutes between 06:00am and 22:00pm and every 30 minutes between 22:00pm and 06:00am. from the front of T3&T4

Once customers have what they need from the vehicle just your return details are required on the envelope that holds your car keys. So easy

T1 & T2 Old International & Virgin Terminals

Our shuttle service to and from the T1&T2 terminals will incur a $10 surcharge each way. Only available from6am till 8pm weekdays

Please note that it is usually a 20 minute round trip to Terminals 1 & 2 and passengers from Terminal 3&4 plus regional are given preference.

Weekends: 9am till 5pm

If you are parking with in the evening please call us if you are planning on arriving after 9pm.

Staff do close up early if they don’t have any other customers

What are your rates?

4 Days = $84

8 Days = $120

15 Days = $183

21 Days = $237

 

Secure Open Air parking: Average of $21 per day for the first 4 days then a low  $9  per day

Secure Undercover parking is: $30 per day after day 1, Then on the 4th day drops to just $12 per day.

Undercover Motorcycle parking is: $32 for the first day then $8 per day, $88 for 8 days and $144 for 15 days.

Days are calculated as every calendar day with a new day starting at midnight.

What do I need to do? 3 Easy Steps

1) Arrive at our facility and pull into any available parking bay.

2) Unload any luggage/passengers you are taking with you.

3) At the front counter we will ask you to write on the envelope provided, your return date / time plus the name of the person picking up the vehicle.

Once we have that and your car keys, hop into our Bus and let the driver know which airline you are flying with today.

Its that easy.

After hours procedures?

Dropping off or picking up your car after hours is easy at Hamer Airport Parking.

For dropping off outside of our hours: Simply fill in an envelope at our counter and place that with your keys in our after hours key safe.

For pick-up outside of our hours: Whether your after ours pickup is pre-arranged or the result of a missed/delayed flight, we can leave your keys in a secure lock box and text you the code to open it.

Our free transfers are only offered during our open hours.

What If I don’t know my return date?

That’s fine, we will park your vehicle in our To be advised (TBA) bays.

When possible we ask that you let the office know of your return details 24 hours prior to your arrival where possible.

Do you offer car servicing?

Yes, we have a relationship with our local Automasters Morley Mechanic. Call Charles on 9375 1199 to discuss any work that needs to be done on your vehicle while you are away.

Car Washing and Detailing Service?

Yes, you can have your car washed or detailed while you are away!

Many mobile service providers are happy to work on site her.

We ask that customers book direct with the chosen option so there is no gaps in communication.

Roilty FX, & ECO AMIGO WASH  come recommend but not always available, or We sometimes use  Budget Mobile Detailing

Do all the vehicles stay on site?

Yes, all vehicles stay on site unless authorized by the owner for servicing etc.

Staff are unable to transfer vehicles on the road to other destinations as our insurance is for our premises only.

Security and Insurance ?

We ask that you check your own insurance policy for coverage while your car is parked/stored with us. We have a policy that covers any staff moving your vehicle. We don’t discuss our security in full detail but you might notice our guard dog, razor wire and security cameras when you’re booking in at our office.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Yes we welcome hybrid and electric vehicles.

Charging points are currently 10 amp and cost $5 per hour if required.

We ask all Tesla owners to turn off Sentry mode as this will drain battery storage while parked with us.

Pre Pay & Book Online Options

Our preference is to speak direct with all customers booking with us here at Hamer Airport Parking direct. You can do that via the secure online booking tool or by phoning us during business hours.

Alternatively, you can pre pay with a 3rd party provider.

Please note that pre payment via the 3rd party providers will incur extra fees and less flexibility for date changes and cancellations as they are not within our control.

Booking via our site (see main front page) gives instant quotes and takes bookings/ reservations with 1 click. No pre payments are required and you can cancel or change at anytime.

Do I have to leave my car keys?

We will need 1 set of keys to move your vehicle behind the security gates or roller door where it will be parked in date order of return and keys locked away in our office.

We are happy to hold the keys for a friend or family member if they are flying in to collect or if the vehicle needs to be collected or dropped off for service etc. Please pre-arrange with the staff if required.

Discount for FIFO / Pensioners?

We try and offer everyone the best price possible and pride ourselves on keeping our costs lower than the troubled public car park, whilst still offering a premium service. On top of our friendly and efficient service you can expect on demand shuttles, charging any flat batteries if required, pumping up flat tyres, secure storage of motorcycle gear etc.

Our rates are the same regardless of whether you arrive on the day or pre-book months in advance so you are never at a disadvantage.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Delayed flights aren’t a problem with Hamer Airport Parking. We know that delayed or cancelled flights happen all the time and have procedures in place to make sure that you can still access your vehicle no matter what time you return.

We will never leave you stranded or with out access to your car.

Simply call our office to arrange payment and receive lock box details. If we are closing and have not heard from you, we can send a txt msg to your mobile with details of how to retrieve your keys from our coded lock boxes.

Pick Up + Drop Off Points at the Terminals?

Once you have your luggage, make your way to the bus lane and call for collection. We will be there to collect you asap.

Our staff are ready and respond immediately sometimes we are already on our way to you responding to another customer.

If we have just pulled away we will send our second or third bus to collect you.

The Pick and and Drop off area will be the same both times. We have little mud maps for customers to keep and a new online tracker map.

Or just ask us where to stand when you call. Especially if its your first time, collecting a friends or family vehicle or flown in with a different airline.

For our users that have logged into our website the ability to notify us you are ready for collection online is available by simply pressing a button

How many passengers can we handle with available seats?

Our shuttle buses can take a maximum of 12 people per trip.

If you have a lot of luggage or passengers, consider dropping your passengers/bags off prior to booking in your vehicle.
